Our Clients

Our clients include not-for-profits, industry associations and government bodies in fields as diverse as agriculture, food, public health, medicine and engineering. All have different needs and expectations, and we are happy to tailor our services to each client's exact requirements. Below are some examples of who we work with.

Diary Industry Association LogoDairy Industry Association of Australia

The Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA) is a not-for-profit professional member services association for the dairy processing industry.

SUBStitution has worked with the DIAA for more than a decade to produce Australian Dairy Foods magazine, the peer-reviewed Australian Journal of Dairy Technology and specialist publications such as the Australasian Dairy Listing. SUBStitution manages these projects ‘from concept to delivery' - including writing, editing, layout, design, print management, distribution, peer-review management and database management.

SUBStitution also provides the DIAA with member services management, website content management and a significant input into the Dairy Science World Series conference.

Public Health Association LogoPublic Health Association of Australia

The Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information on public health. It's also involved in advocacy for public health policy, development, research and training.

SUBStitution works with PHAA to produce a bi-monthly peer-reviewed journal, the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health. SUBStitution administers a complex database of authors and reviewers, tracking each academic paper from submission through the peer review process to acceptance or rejection. SUBStitution also provides editing, layout and print production services, as well as media promotion and tracking.

Breast Cancer Network Association LogoBreast Cancer Network of Australia

The Breast Cancer Network of Australia (BCNA) is the peak national organisation for Australians personally affected by breast cancer.

Since the earliest days of the organisation, more than a decade ago, SUBStitution has produced BCNA's The Beacon, during its evolution from a 4-page, two-colour newsletter to a 20-page, colour magazine. The BCNA provides the content and SUBStitution is responsible for the newsletter's editing and layout.
